Take
exit 410 off Interstate 80 into the town of West Wendover. Turn south
off the exit ramp, and left at the 4-way stop. Go one block east and
turn right at the 4-way stop. Go south 16.5 miles on route 93 toward
Ely, NV. Turn left onto the first gravel road after the sign for Blue
Lake. Go 6.8 miles east and south on the gravel road to the parking lot.

The dive site has no facilities such as restrooms, trash removal, or changing areas.
The lake is 675 ft from the parking lot. There is a rudimentary trail and boardwalk
for divers; however the footing is uneven and slick. Once at the lakeshore, the
entry/exit can be made at the dock or ladders. The shoreline is steep with a 4 ft
drop off. The access areas are carpeted to reduce sediment and bank erosion,
and divers should limit activities to these designated areas to reduce environmental
impact.
